Crunchy Cinnamon Apple French Toast Roll ups

Make your morning breakfast more interesting. Kids will love this.


Bread – 4 slices

Milk – 1/2 cup

Egg – 1

Sugar – 2 tbsn

Corn flakes – 1/2 cup

Butter – to smear

For cinnamon apple

Apple – 1/2 cup chopped finely

Cinnamon powder – 1 tbsn

Sugar – 2 tbsn


  • Prepare cinnamon apple using the ingredients under ‘ for cinnamon apple’ in a pan till sugar melts and apple become soft. Keep aside.
  • Crush ccornflakes using roll pin.
  • Beat egg in a bowl. Add sugar and beat till it dissolves.
  • Add milk and mix.
  • Roll bread to thin using roll pin.
  • Keep a spoon of cinnamon apple at one end. Roll it and seal at sides using water or milk egg mixture.
  • Dip the bread roll in milk egg mixture and then in cornflakes.
  • Heat pan and smear butter. Cook bread roll till all sides are cooked.
  • Serve warm.
