Enough myths about introvert!. Some are so bizarre. that I just could not stop myself writing on this.

MYTH NO 1. All introverts are shy — and all shy people are introverts.
FACT-They are Reserved.
Shyness has nothing to do with introversion. They just avoid being in a large group which doesn’t mean they are afraid to socialize. Start a conversation and notice how friendly they are with you.
#MYTH NO 2. They don’t like to talk.
FACT-They speak selectively.
While people just verbalize anything that comes to their mind, Introverts speak selectively. And, they love to talk. Talk to them on a good topic, or they are passionate about and they won’t shut up for days.

#MYTH NO 3. They want to be alone.
FACT- They value and thrive in alone time.
Yes, they live in their own thoughtful world, but they don’t want to be alone all the time. They believe in making few friends. They are comfortable in sincere connection with one person at a time.
#MYTH NO 4. Introverts can’t speak in public, they don’t make good leaders or public speakers.
FACT- They might actually appear to be an upper hand over extroverts.
The reason being they think a lot before the act, and so you can expect great preparation from them. They enjoy and excel being a public speaker.
#MYTH NO 5. Negative personality- depressed and like being alone.
FACT-They are quietly complacent.
No, they are not depressed or arrogant people because they like being alone. Spending time with yourself does not necessarily mean you are depressed. They spend more time thinking and analyzing things which could lead to depression (not everytime). Ask close friends of introverts and they will tell you how energetic these people are.
