LG-V20 Smartphone with Removable Battery, and Complimentary B&O headset!

LG V20

Lately, we all have been hearing a lot about the competitive announcement between ‘Apple’ and LG’s most expensive phone on the shelf. LG-V20 rolled out hours before Apple took the wraps off its device in USA, and hit the shelves right after Google launched its handsets. A precious phone, packed with high-end specs, and a stylish aluminium framework in Titan, Pink and Silver colour. As a matter of fact, LG V20 has a lot of things going for it! In the first place, V20 is getting introduced to the Indian market today (06th Dec 2016).

Let me share my first hand research experience, with my white collar techie friend ‘Shizma’. A geeky, yet hell of an entertaining woman who loves her phones, and that got me curious about what made her choose LG over Apple. The Gadget mission ‘Feliz compra’, which means ‘Happy Shopping’ in Spanish, is always initiated by a pre-pep. As intrigued as we were, we explored almost all the possible accessibility options online, offering a wider clarity. We ended up reading close to 100  reviews from people who have bought the phone in US, since September.

Pricing and Features

In the event that, the phone is priced at 55k in India, I think its utmost important to highlight the most promising features of LG-V20. V20 offers an overflowing range of high-end specifications, albeit adding a few tricks of its own this time. Besides, metalled bodied smartphones look pretty attractive, don’t they? The seamless aluminium framework supports the sized LCD capacitive touchscreen.

LG’s Flagship Smartphone

The V20 features Hi-Fi Quad DAC, wide angle cameras both front and back, HD audio recorder, manual controls for video, and Android 7.0 Nougat. In addition, the phone runs on a Snapdragon 820, with 4GB of RAM, and 64GB expandable storage. Not to mention, LG V20 also comes with a 3200mAh battery. V20 also sports a secondary screen, that sits on top of its regular display for shortcut icons. To enhance the readability for its audience, LG has strategically increased its contrast and brightness this time around. The screen is ever active in the background, and displays your signature, favourite/recent apps, contacts and notifications.

Enhanced Audio and Removable Battery

Most of us are plugged to music through our phones, as we are on the go. For the same reason, LG has uniquely emphasised on the V20’s audio. The phone is equipped with 3 mic’s and 4 digital-to-analog converters.

The LG V20’s battery is both expandable and removable, which means you can easily swap in a new reserve. It also comes handy, when you are planning to resell the device. Above all, Expandable storage lets you record and save more photos and videos, without feeling restricted. The LG V20 is powered by Snapdragon 820 quad-core processor, and is paired with 4GB of RAM on the 64GB internal storage. The smartphone presents a 16 MP + 8 MP dual-camera on the back, along with a 5 MP selfie camera for selfie lovers. The connectivity options comprise of fingerprint sensor, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, 4G LTE support, and USB support.

The phone comes with an advanced image stabilisation technology, exclusively from Qualcomm, to make it easier to click clear pictures even with an unsteady hand. All in all, I have told you everything you need to know. Of course, the phone is available across retail outlets, and exclusively on Amazon starting December 6th 2016. If you have been contemplating a purchase, I guess LG V20 is up for grabs just at the right time. Shizma is considering an upgrade from Samsung, and this is her ideal choice. It’s pretty close to Apple iPhone that I use, yet incomparable in it’s own sweet way.
