The Elaborated Tasting Tour at Kyro Indore

Tasting Food at Kyro like a Master Chef

Lifestyle Blogging has its perks, and Food Tasting is definitely one of them. Therefore I was absolutely thrilled when Kyro Indore invited me for a delightful Food tasting session. Launching a New menu is all about making that extra effort to connect with people. The Chef’s at Kyro are working together to capture the essence of your emotions and present it on the plate. You talk moods, they talk foods! Let me share some of their mouth watering starters that you can order as soon as they launch the new menu.

Kyro Indore

Grilled Chimichurri Fish

Kyro’s Food Tasting session began with an appetising dish called Grilled Chimichurri Fish. It’s a platter that brings together flavorous Grilled fish, piquant Argentinian Chimichurri dip, savoury Grilled vegetables and scrummy mashed potato balls. Take a small piece of Fish, turn your fork around to add a bit of mashed potatoes, and then mildly dip it in the sauce for the final connect. Your second bite should contain your favourite grilled veggie from the plate. In my case, it was nicely grilled Mushroom and the Broccoli.

The flavour of this dish is uniquely scrumptious, so if you love seafood – this is one first course meal you must try in Kyro. This starter took me by surprise, and the Chef couldn’t help but smile at my amusement.

Lemon Grass Chicken

The second starter on the list was Lemon Grass Chicken. This one was a spicy savoury dish enveloped in the soul of Lemon grass. Another especial produce by Kyro that will make an excellent accompaniment with alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages.

The chicken will melt in your mouth, and the after taste of lemon grass will leave you wanting more and more.

Kasturi Kebab with Egg Crust

The third starter was a loaf like composition, covered in a crunchy crust. It really got me inquisitive, and it will get you too. I mean who doesn’t like a surprise element right?

This preparation is a fusion of cool looks and classic taste. It’s named ‘Kasturi Kebab with Egg crust’ and there is no way you can make this dish at home. You sure can try it at Kyro though 🙂
